Our sincerest condolences on the passing of John. It is hard to believe and so sad to see. I can remember as youngsters the good times we had when our families got together for dinners. I remember as a preteen and teenager spending a week or two out in Stittsville to give my mother a rest. John and I would explore the local farm and once we hitchhiked to the cottage. As we grew older we would only see each other occasionally but through our mothers we were able to keep up on our activities.
John was a gentleman and a fine cousin who will be missed greatly. May he rest in peace.
Unfortunately, we will miss the service as we are out of the country. However, John will be in our hearts and minds.

I'm so sad and heart broken to hear about this sad news about John. My deepest sympathies go out to the family. I only met John maybe half a dozen times but that was enough times to know that we would have become the best of friends if we hung out together. He had a big heart and made friends with everyone he met. John, your moving on to another journey and may you rest in peace.
Fred and Dana.

To John's family and friends, we are blessed to take part in honouring his life.
Our deepest sympathy to Christine, Amanda, Trevor, Tasha, Eddie, Dale and the grandkids.
John always helped the boating crew each time we went on our adventure to Kingston and beyond. It made our journey that much more enjoyable because of his assistance.
John was always quick to lend a helping hand.
John, Christine and Amanda would show up at our baseball games, and cheer us on - a bunch of wannabe softball stars!
And they never seemed to be disappointed with the show that we put on for them, despite all of our errors and goofy plays.
John will be missed and remembered by all those who knew him and loved him. We celebrate a life well lived!
With our love and prayers, Lee & Diane.
